Mr. Vazquez came to our property initially to do a home inspection. He arrived on time and provided his certification. Then he proceeded to doing a very thorough and professional evaluation of the property. He provided a detailed official itemized report of the condition of the property and what needed to be done. He is very competent and has an easy-to-get-along-with personality. When Mr. Vazquez told me that he also does construction work, I decided to give him a try. So far, he's been great. The price is right and his work excellent. I would recommend him highly for any home construction project.
