Introduction: Hello! My name is Kevin Jimenez and I have been in the Fitness Industry for over a decade. 5 years ago I experienced depression and anxiety for the first time in my life and went from 190lb to 215lb. In 2019 I committed myself to a fitness plan and replaced television and music with self development content. After executing my plan and hitting my goals, my career took off and my relationships got healthier. Since then I have been able to help hundreds of people transform physically and mentally through my knowledge, experience, and leadership. If I could select all 5 items I would! Kevin has been an amazing personal trainer & overall life coach. It is evident that he is passionate about living a healthy lifestyle in a holistic way. He is focused, funny, and always brings positive energy to every session. Kev provided me with the best exercises for my goals & fitness level. I still incorporate everything he taught me to my personal fitness & gym time. He pushed me and his positive energy motivated me to continue working even harder. I loved my time training with him.
