Other than prompt communication from their back-office I have nothing good to say about their work.. We hired them for a post construction clean up and they cut corners absolutely everywhere they could. Other than the pictures I have included, all the pictures and art on the wall are completely untouched and covered in dirt and plaster. I'm still wiping off layers of dust from the kitchen cabinet. They even sent someone out for 2 hours after but she came completely unprepared and did nothing. Hi Maya, I apologize to hear that you did not receive the cleaning you expected for your first cleaning. I have looked into this complaint and followed up with both the team and the single cleaner we sent for the re-clean why those areas were not properly cleaned. The team who originally arrived for the cleaning explained that more time was needed due to the condition of the home. Our quotes are based on duration and we do our best to estimate based on the size and type of cleaning. The post-construction cleaning normally needs double the time due to the dust and debris in the home settle after the initial wipe through and require multiple wipe through's to get a thorough cleaning. Our teams do their best to complete all tasks requested during the estimated provided but sometimes are unable to complete the cleaning based on our estimated duration, we allow our clients to extend if needed. All clients homes are lived in differently and some homes just require additional attention and extra time. I apologize that the team did not get to complete the cleaning thoroughly in some areas, the complimentary re-clean was suppose to cover those areas that you mentioned are missed and provided in photos. I have notified our support agents in regards to this complaint as well so they may provide a proper resolution for your first cleaning experience. I appreciate you providing this feedback as we strive to provide quality cleanings to all our clients and apologize that you did not receive it your first time with us.

Hi Cody, I apologize your upset that we are unable to service your home. The description you left in regards to your house cleaning needs for the quote request said mouse poop all over the home. As well as the few photos you sent. We did not want to send a team and not have them provide quality work as we do not clean any feces and it is stated in our areas we do not service. The reason we do not clean feces is because our teams use their own supplies and to clean home with feces is very unsanitary. I apologize that us letting you know we are unable to service your place after reviewing your comments and photos upset you.. but unfortunately this is something our maids are not able to assist you with. Thank you.
