What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a new customer, I'd want to have some idea of your reason for looking for a Life Coach, and explain to you how I can be of help. I will at some point cover some in-take information to the extent that you are comfortable with. I make sure to hear and understand the concerns that you are looking to address. Then I utilize different tools I possess in order to start your journey of improvements.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
