All Round Professional Movers were an absolute breeze to work with. They were very professional from the initial booking process and they even offered me a small discount when I said that their competitor was offering a better deal, so I loved how the office actually worked with me. The reservation process was pretty easy and straightforward too, loved all the confirmation emails and how straightforward the lady on the phone was, she clearly stated there were no hidden fees or extra charges. Moving companies tend to have a sweet tongue (from experience) regarding charges, I liked how everything she stated was in the confirmation email too. NOW the move!! Muscular russian guys moved my furniture like it weighed next to nothing!! They hustled from morning until late evening, packing everything up into boxes (which I provided from my last move) and loading up into the truck. Driver told me upfront that they'd like to stop mid way to get lunch which will not be counted towards the time which was fine by me, I would take much more breaks if I moved 6 hours non stop. The unloading was a breeze and they helped me with all of the unpacking and putting everything into the right places too. Assembling and disassembling was included as well. At the end of the move my bill was approximately what I expected, left the men some good tips (cant imagine doing this everyday) and I bid them a good day. Thank you All Round, you are now my THE go to moving company which is so freaking hard to find these days.

A treasure of a moving company. I am a very cautious person being that I was unfortunately screwed over by moving companies not once but twice, in addition to being blackmailed. So you may understand my absolute total hesitation and caution when calling moving companies to hire. I must have put the office lady through around 50 questions constantly repeating questions to confirm it. Office was very professional, answered all my questions and did not use any tactics that somehow masked their intentions, everything was clear and concise. So the day of the move, I was moving from Pico Rivera to Orange County, so no big deal of a move. I needed my items to be packed professionally. 2 very nice men came to my home, we did a quick inspection of the home and they got right to work. I was informed that for specifically boxes and wrapping paper for the dishes they charge on a per use basis, movers made sure to accurately count the supplies used. They packed it pretty well, it didnt slide in the boxes as it usually does when I pack them myself. So after the dishes were done, they protected my sofa, my tv, my bed and everything big and bulky with their stretch wrap and blankets. They had a HUGE problem trying to take out my sofa through the door because it truly was too big, I remember the time when it was being moved IN to my home, they had a big problem as well. Somehow, they managed it and got it out WITHOUT any dings or scratches to the sofa or the walls, I was so relieved. They loaded up my home in around 3-4 hours because the elevator was not allowed to be used by my building manager whom everyone hates. So they had to use the stairs, and I could see it was pretty exhausting, I brought the gentlemen some sandwhiches they took a quick break and we went off to the unloading. Unloading was much quicker because we were on the ground floor and we could park the truck very close. I had no stress in this move and me being the worry wart I am it was miraculous actually. I hope they will always be around because I must start this anxiety of moving all over again next year.
