I was charged $340 for installation of a part that did not fix problem (and which in retrospect I don't think I needed). The technician came back the next day to investigate and left without messaging me. When I contacted the office, I was told that the problem had been fixed, but that turned out not to be the case. For both visits the technician left without running a cycle , which would have demonstrated that the repair hadn't worked. On the positive side, the technician arrived promptly as scheduled, and left even more quickly, before actually fixing the issue. UPDATE: A team of 2 technicians came promptly to look into the issue. I am changing review to 4 stars as It appears they have fixed the issue, for which I am grateful. I will update further over the next few days if anything changes."See more
