FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe that everyone deserves to gather their friends and family, and they don’t need an exorbitant budget to do so. Figures represent starting prices. Final pricing factors in size and scope of the project. **UPDATE October 2025: We are currently offering a 13% discount through November 3rd 2025. This applies to first time clients and can be used on any (1) service.**
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Events On Cue LLC is a disability-friendly and disabled-owned company. This means we may work a little differently than you’ve encountered. We prefer over-communication to under-communication and like to send out meeting notes and agendas for most meetings. This may be more than some Client’s require, but this is how We work best! Our goal is to ensure transparent communication with our Clients and Vendors. We offer a free coffee chat consultation for anyone curious about our services. During our meeting we'll discuss your event needs and whether we are available and a good fit for each other. Once we agree on a service, terms and conditions, you will sign a contract with us and we'll get started! We'll send you a form to fill out critical event details, including creative aspects (depending on the package), and will discuss your responses during an intake meeting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Prior to the pandemic I was a professional theatre and event Stage Manager for eight years. I managed logistics, people, vendor relations. I was also responsible for day-of show or event operations, ensure timeliness, cuing, and troubleshooting problems as they arose, without guests noticing. I developed a discipline from a young age of working under pressure in an environment where you only get one chance to ensure guests have a memorable experience. From 2020 - 2025 I made the difficult decision to start over, pivoting to a new career in Human Resources, due to lack of work and disabilities. After experiencing back-to-back layoffs within the technology industry I decided to start my own business to rediscover finding joy in the creativity that comes with event planning. I strive to have my clients feel seen, heard, and supported throughout their experience with us.
