Having Inga as my personal trainer has been the best decision ever... I’ve been training with Inga for about 6 months now, she knows how to motivate me and makes each of my training sessions challenging and fun. Most importantly she’s engage and ensures that my techniques are correct to avoid injuries. Inga is always positive, has tremendous energy for life, very encouraging, and has an exceptional knowledge for her craft. She’s focused on helping me achieve my goals and is very informative when laying out the fundamentals of proper nutrition and fitness. She’s always on time, punctual, extremely reliable, and always open to accommodate a workout session with my busy work schedule. Inga has motivated me to continue on the path to my fitness journey and without her help I wouldn’t be were I am today. Highly recommend Inga!

I’ve been training with Inga for a couple months now. She pushes me to my hardest while also staying compassionate. She is reliable, easy to reach, and very flexible. She is so inspiring to be around, and I love how she promotes women in particular to see the beauty in feeling strong.

Inga is a fantastic trainer. My mom and I have been training with her for almost two months now and we feel great mentally, emotionally, and physically. Having Inga as a trainer has been amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and positive. From day one she has been supportive and has guided me through this new lifestyle. She customizes my workouts based on my strengths and my weaknesses and pushes me to reach my goals, as a result I am down 25lbs. I never feel judged by Inga and I actually look forward to my workouts with her.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    As a younger kid I’ve always been an inactive kid who did not have as much confidence, I wanted to change my habits and get into working out. Working out made me fell in love with the fitness industry by making new connections and gained experienced. From there I wanted to pursue my career in personal training. Since then being a personal trainer have been one of my greatest achievements.
