- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Come in for a free initial workout and we will assess your goals according to what you can do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I initially gained 100lbs in 4 years and lost 80 of it in 2 years. At the end of my process I was accepted to a special organization that certifies veterans to become personal trainers after attending a month long deployment style training.
