Working out has never been a priority of mine or an interest. That changed this year when I decided to give it a go by working out on my own. However, I felt like I wasn’t comfortable enough on my own to push myself to my greatest potential. I then looked for a personal trainer who could guide me through my fitness journey and, thankfully, came across Tiff. Going to Tiff has definitely transformed my life both physically and even mentally. My perceptive on fitness has shifted into one of growth, health, and strength because of Tiff. I now look forward to every session with Tiff because she knows my ability and pushes me to perform my best. I now can walk into a gym confidently as Tiff guides me through my sessions to the point where I walk away with new knowledge. I now walk into my gym and don’t shy away from the squat rack because Tiff has helped my develop the proper form and mechanisms to feel comfortable.I can honestly say that Tiff cares about her clients as genuine friends. She’s always checking up on us and making sure we’re doing well not only in regards to our fitness progress but also mentally. Love you Tiff!!

Tiff is amazing. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and encouraging. In the months I’ve been working with her I’ve learned so much about strength training and nutrition, and have already seen so many positive changes in my body. She’s always available via text message, and is constantly checking in with me to see how I’m doing. As someone who has never been athletic I was pretty nervous when I first began, but Tiff always made me feel comfortable and capable. My triumphs in the gym are hers as well. I couldn’t be any happier.

Tiffany is an incredible trainer and coach. When I first came to Tiff, I had specific goals in mind and needed an outlet. I needed someone to hold me accountable and to push me because I’ve never been great at working out consistently on my own and would often do the bare minimum and not push myself. Tiff holds me accountable and pushes me in a way where I still feel safe. If a movement doesn’t feel right or that I am having an off day where the weight feels heavier, all I would need to do is to communicate that with her. Instead of telling me to push through it, she will find alternative exercises or lower the weight. I appreciate that she always tells me to listen to my body to prevent injuries. Tiff is very knowledgeable, and she continues to learn more by taking additional classes to provide for her clients. I am completely grateful to have such an amazing trainer and coach by my side!

I offer a free 30-min workout prior to starting with me. This allows you to get an idea of who I am, and you can gauge my style of training to see if it's something you enjoy.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer accredited through NASM.
