FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Fitness industry is also evolving. There are so may new and innovative ways of training so its very important to not only have the passion for the job but the education to back you up as well, so every year I attend a min. of 2 3 day workshops to gain a new Fitness Certification.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After suffering a work injury in 2006 where I nearly lost my foot I went through a tough 8 month rehab which included not only building up the strength in my surgically repaired foot but my entire body and it was then when I developed a love for Fitness. I have always been the type of person who would help anyone if I were in a position to do so, so when I found a new love in Fitness Personal Training was the perfect fit.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My average client is a client who has a weight loss goal. Some goals range from 10 - 100lb. No one client is the same so I pride myself on creating customized Training Programs for each individual client based on their physical abilities and Fitness Goals.
