- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, employees are continually taking courses to keep up with the most up-to-date changes in our industry. We are also always looking for more effective and efficient ways to get the job done.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
About half of our jobs are termite treatments, with the other half tent fumigations. We perform both in house. This helps customers know our recommendations are based on what is needed, not what is more convenient to us.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask about the technicians and employees that perform the work. For many companies in the pest control industry, this is a high turnover landscape for employees. With less time, comes less experience. We work hard to keep our employees happy, and we enjoy a much lower employee turnover. This is better for us, and better for the customer. Also, all of our employees have the appropriate licenses for the trade so you know you have a professional that knows what they are doing.
