⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience! He came out to unclog my bathtub drain and had it fixed quickly. He was professional, knowledgeable, and explained what was causing the issue. The pricing was very fair, he showed up on time, and left everything clean when he was done. I really appreciated how easy the whole process was. Definitely recommend if you need a reliable plumber!

Oh my goodness, talk about life saver! I don’t really leave reviews but this one I had to. My bathroom sink has been clogged for 2 weeks. I tried everything from doing it myself and getting the tools from Home Depot to save some money but nothing worked. Draino, snaking it, bleach , vinegar, and anything to unclog it . I was desperate. I took my chances and reached out to Drainzilla. First off, they immediately called me and were so assertive on seeing how they can help. Quick on responding back and showed 110 percent customer service in wanting to help resolve the issue. Can I add that it’s pouring rain outside, so I’m expecting no one to really come out. But that was not the case, big shout out to Iosua, who was so helpful and supportive in resolving my situation. He booked a tech immediately to come out IN THE RAIN. When I say the tech Roberto took care of the issue in 7 minutes, I mean literally 7 minutes maybe even less. Super nice and friendly guy. It was so quick and I couldn’t believe it. Roberto came in like nothing and unclogged this nightmare I had been going through. I wish I could have called them sooner to save the cost and stress. Drainzilla is your answer and don’t hesitate to reach out to them! From beginning to end , job well done and another happy satisfied customer. I highly recommend them and will refer them to anyone.

Great Price and got the job done! Only feedback is that they could have been a little more mindful of being sanitary. After snaking our clogged toilet, the dirty snake dripped through our whole house. Gross!

Derek is a hard worker. He actually did more than I hired him to accomplish but in doing so, improved/upgraded a potential future issue. He was a little behind schedule but did keep me informed of his ETA. I would hire him again for future projects.
