- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have created a group of collections that include the features we most often hear from brides, and are always open to create a personalized set of features to match what our couples are looking for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have a phone or Skype call initially, followed by a face-to-face meet up (if local) - we want you to make your decision on our work and experience, and how much fun we are to work with!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are award winning wedding photographers. We are constantly upgrading our skills and investing in our growth as photographers, and are mentored and judged by the best wedding photographers in the industry.
