We had a plumbing emergency and we expected this gentleman to come at 7 AM. I even stood on the side of the road awaiting his arrival. He never showed up or called to say he was running behind. I have kids so this was already a lot of running around while taking care of my little ones. After three hours passed by and still no call no show, I had to quickly find another plumber who showed up within 40 minutes. The plumber who didn’t show up from this company ended up texting me at 4 PM saying he got busy and do I still need assistance! That’s unacceptable. I literally had a plumbing emergency where the waste from the toilet was pumping back up through the pipe and coming out of the shower so now the shower nor the toilet could be used and began to flood on the floor. This is a terrible situation to have the plumber not show up or call. I was highly disappointed. Thank God the other company came to save the day!
