Ricardo and Luis came in for a shower valve repair and quoted me at a very competitive price. Ricardo was not rushing at all and took the time to explain everything. I respect that he allowed me ask questions and addressed other concerns of our property in regards to plumbing. No pushy sales tactics or up sells. Would hire again.

I enjoyed hiring and working with Rugged Plumbing. Ricardo was punctual and provided a fair price for the work that was needed. He showed up and completed the work in a timely manner and I am super happy with my new instant hot water heater in the bathroom.

While I didn’t retain their services, it’s only because Ricardo told me I didn’t need them. A free consultation that’s actually thorough and free?
When I do have an actual problem next time I’ll be calling them back. They left a great first impression, at the very least.

FAQs
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal is to build a relationship with a customer. I want to be your to go plumber for all your future needs. That being said I will diagnose the problem to the best of my ability. And provide as many options from a temporary fix to the permanent fix. So you won’t feel overwhelmed and you know you have the overall say.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have two years of trade school experience. Majority of my experience comes from on the field hands-on training. For the pass 6 years I have been out in the field coming across different scenarios. That I feel has prepared me a lot more than any school could.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
With a background in maintenance. I found my self getting offers from plumbing companies to come join them. Due to my knowledge and people skills. Learn to love the plumbing field and decided to branch out on my own.
