The most common jobs we perform for our customers is appliance repair, mainly refrigerators repair. When a refrigerator breaks down people don't have time to wait around, they need someone to repair them before the food spoils. Air conditioners are also one of those appliances people just have to have repaired the same day. On the hot southern California months , you need your air conditioner to work correctly. We also perform maintenance and installation but these types of services less common.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you are looking for a appliance repair service provider, you must consider their track record. What are their customers saying on Google. Are they licensed bonded and insured? How long have they been in business? You also have to see if they provide same-day service. A lot of appliance companies will make an appointment with you to come out in 4 -5 days. When your fridge breaks down you just don't have 4 - 5 days to wait around. Licensing and experience I would say would be the most important things to look for when choosing a appliance repair service provider.
