Frank and his team were extremely thorough, explained everything they were doing, and went above and beyond in order to ensure our home was clear of rodent infestation. Frank was very communicative from the very beginning, he was ready to start soon after inspection and was even early to the appointment. The team handled everything with no hassle and I highly recommend Frank’s services if you are looking to rid your home of rodent infestation. He is an honest man and his work speaks for itself. He also maintains contact and checks on the home after trap setting as well. He educated me on what to look out for in the future and steps to prevent another occurrence/maintain a rodent free space. Frank really impressed me with his knowledge and suggestions for us to solve our mouse problem that has been going on for a couple of months. Very glad I was able to connect with Frank. He was responsive, good at communicating, courteous, experienced and explained things patiently. Frank has been patient and informative, answering all our skunk-related questions. He helped patch areas where rodents could enter our home, and disinfected all areas as well. He let us know about places he thought may be at risk as well and has been very transparent at all times. He usually has shown up at the later end of his service time estimates, but always texts to confirm around the exact time he will show up which is greatly appreciated. Looking forward to working with him more as he comes out every week to check any traps he's set for 30 days. Thank you for your help and expertise!
