- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is generally about 10% below the A.I.A. guidelines and we include all structural, mechanical, electrical, and green engineering required by the State Of California.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have a meeting with the client to get an understanding of their project and come to an agreement of the services needed. There is no charge for this meeting at the site.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have licensed architects and engineers holding license in California and other states and countries. Graduates from Western Reserve University and University of California.
