From the first appointment to do a scan of my home, to the final permitting process for my project, Pacific Sands stood out for the professionalism of their entire staff and the high quality work by Victoria, the designer I worked with. The agreement included two different design options and I loved both, but the one I ended up choosing gave me exactly what I was looking for in terms of design and best use of the space in the Addition I'm building. I interviewed several firms, but went with Pacific Sands because I was very impressed by how they were able to bring so many other projects to life after reviewing their website, and speaking with one of the principals, Cameron Cox. They were able to get things moving along fairly quickly with the City for approval, not an easy feat. Overall, I'm super excited to bring my Addition - a dream new big master closet, expanded master bedroom and bath, into fruition. Thank you, Cameron, Kevin, Victoria and Mark, for a job well done. I definitely recommend, without hesitation, Pacific Sands to anyone looking for a top notch architectural firm!

Had a large remodel project and needed to get full designs and plans done. Process took a long time, but most of that was dealing with the county. To their credit, the project managers and the permitting team really had to push hard to get the plans through to the finish line. But we're finally ready and just started construction!

We strive to be competitive in our pricing, and give you the most value possible for your project. We don't work like a regular architectural firm that charges 5-10% of your project's value - we charge per project, and will save you thousands compared to most others.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we get the scope of your project, your goals, your budget. We put together a scope of work and get you pricing. If that looks good, we like to meet at the property and review things together, in person. Then our design team takes over and starts to make your vision a reality.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has experience and degrees in civil engineering, home design, and business management.
