- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for principal architect or designer is $250/hr, while junior architects or designer are $125/hr. We try to have the juniors do as much of the work as possible to be mindful of budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we start with a (free) initial meeting. We review scope of work and talk about the goals of the project. Customers will be sent a questionnaire to help determine budget, timeline and style.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the office we have a registered architect and several architects in training. Over 10+ years of working experience, several published projects, and we bring in a team of wonderful general contractors if the client needs recommendations.
