QUICKENPLANS
About
QuickenPlans is a team of building designers and structural engineers, providing design and engineering support to builders and property owners.
While we primarily work with builders and general contractors, our hands-on experience with plans for ADUs, additions, remodels, and new construction, as well as our transparent pricing policy and guaranteed delivery, can benefit property owners.
We are selective in the projects we take on, but we commit fully to the clients we work with.

Worked with a lot of design teams over the years, but QuickenPlans really stood out. They handled our custom home project in Encino and nailed it. clean plans, solid engineering, and they knew exactly how to steer clear of the usual permit headaches. Super easy team to work with.

They’re not the cheapest firm out there, but after working with two other companies who ghosted me or sent garbage plans, this was worth every dollar. Communication was solid, timelines were realistic, and the quality is great.

We added a new bedroom + bath to our house in the Valley, and QuickenPlans handled everything from design to structural, even helped line up contractors. I liked that they weren’t trying to overpromise stuff like ‘permits in 2 weeks’, they were straight up and actually got it done on time.

Honestly, it was the first time I ever did a home addition and had no clue what I was doing. These guys hopped on Zoom, walked me through the whole thing, even scanned the house with some wild laser thing. Plans came out clean, permit went through without a fight.
