Damir was awesome. I needed the services of an registered architect to complete the tax lot merger of my duplex apartment. A bunch of other architects I contacted had no idea what the process was and their fees were extreme. Damir not only understood the arcane NYC Department of Finance policies, he also provided recommendations on how I could better complete my project even though this was outside the scope of his work. He was extremely responsive, produced high quality work quickly, and was a constant professional. Most importantly, he's a nice person. Highly recommend Damir. Will certainly work with him again next time I need the services of an registered architect.
