Although I ended up not needing an architect, Roland showed up and looked over the building for free and was super honest!! This guy is really honest and knows what he's talking about! Highly recommend! Hard to find in this industry!

Roland and Yukie did a phenomenal job - we were on a tight schedule and needed to take an empty roughly 2000 square foot space and transform it into a furniture showroom for our company and hired Scales Lab Architects to manage the project completely - they did a great job in analyzing our brand and presenting us with a layout that they felt would be best for the showroom, while also acting as construction managers and hiring contractors from their professional network to carry out the vision impeccably. Their professionalism, diligence and positive attitude made Scales Lab Architects a pleasure to work with from start to finish and we couldn't ask for a better final product with our showroom.

Our pricing standards are derived from careful evaluation of each project and the complexity of the scope of work. We will work with the customer to define the goals and vision to determine the amount of time and efforts needed to achieve the objective.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will work with you to understand your strategy, short- and long-term goals, available resources, vision, and more. This process can take considerable time, depending on how well you’ve thought through these issues.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years of experience in multiple types of projects including but not limited to commercial retail, residential, mixed-use, hotel, restaurants, office, medical etc.. We're licensed in California, Arizona, and Alabama, Certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB), and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 2009. Our principal is a graduate of the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Architecture.
