We did a full demo of our backyard concrete and landscaping and replaced it with turf/pavers, installed a pergola with some customization, built a retaining wall and added a drainage system. From the first meeting with Alex to the final walk through with Frank, the customer service and communication were amazing. They answered any questions we had with transparency and knowledge, giving us recommendations and options whenever we were unsure of design choices. We have worked with other contractors and OCIP was by far the easiest and most reliable to work with.
