Demo was quick and even when we found some “surprises” hidden underneath the walls of our old home he was able to quickly address the issues and communicated with me thoroughly during the process. We remodeled the kids bathroom on the second floor and we are so happy with the results. Every little detail he would run by me and he always asked me how I wanted things done or how I wanted things to look. I was very pleased with the communication and quality of work. I had questions about certain materials to use and Joseph was very knowledgeable and helpful when making recommendations. Also, he was very careful to not mess up the stairs and walls while going up and down for the project. Would highly recommend!!!"See more

Jane Cannon says, "BTP completed renovations on our new home bought in Oct/2024, which included a new kitchen, all new wood flooring including installation of subfloors that were missing (a bad prior flip...ugh), and stairs/railing. Also, repairs of some other items discovered after the demo. My husband & I are elated with the results. We'll be asking them back for bids on a new phase of improvements next year. Tyler was the project manager. He was professional and so helpful in making decisions during the entire process. And he's a really nice guy! The project went over bid due to unseen issues like the missing subflooring and a plumbing leak, but we were prepared for that. This is an old home. Comes with the territory. Now things are done right!"See more

I chose to move forward with the guys at Tulip because their pricing and timeline was the most reasonable. I wanted to make the unit a little more luxurious, so we tore out the old vinyl flooring and put in engineered hardwood. We also put in recessed lights, new appliances, and a marble countertop. In the bathroom we opted to change the tub for a standing shower with tile all around and a glass door. We put tile on the floor of the bathroom, too, and installed a nice hardwood vanity. Owen was absolutely integral during the entire process, helping me with the design, and shopping with me."See more
