The owner was responsive to the request. We had a mishap with the contract. The source of the contract email and the address where you need to send it were different, so the owner thought the order was never placed. That said, she did a great job at the last minute and was able to deliver a great balloon for my daughter's birthday. It was not exactly what I originally ordered, but she was very helpful in making the best of the limited time available to deliver the balloon. We are very happy with the professionalism and care she brought to our order. Thank you. Just be careful with where the contract needs to be sent to avoid this miscommunication.
