I had a great experience working with Donice. She was always quick to respond and made the process simple from start to finish. After I sent her an inspiration photo, she provided a mock-up along with balloon color options so I could choose exactly what I wanted before the event. The balloon arch turned out even better than I imagined—absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend Donice for balloon decor.

Working with Donice was such a pleasure! I was extremely pleased with her services from start to finish. From the very beginning, she was helpful with the design process, offered great suggestions, and communicated promptly and clearly throughout. She truly made the planning process stress-free. The final balloon arch design was everything I imagined and more. It came together beautifully, and she even went above and beyond by providing a rug for my backdrop, which perfectly tied the whole look together. That extra touch made such a difference. She was friendly, professional, and arrived on time for my event. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with her work and experience.
