It is unfortunate to have to write this review for a new company but I gave the company another chance to improve on the service I received this week and have not heard back. Two cleaners arrived early which was fine and came into home wearing masks, but removed them shortly after while cleaning kitchen. When told masks were mandatory and owner of company promised compliance, they put them back on. Cleaners Martha and Myrna were careless in handling items in kitchen and broke a valued ceramic bird. They also came unprepared and entered my cupboards to get containers for their supplies. They arrived without a broom or vacuum or stepping stool. This appointment was for a deep cleaning. Cleaners told to leave after 30 minutes in our home. Owner did reimburse funds to replace the ceramic, but it is not the same as the one received by a recently deceased friend. We would give this company a second chance but never heard back. From our experience only, we can not recommend this company based on our appointment.
