Chef Luis was amazing! He did a phenomenal job catering my event and customised my dinner options to my liking. My event was running behind and he graciously waited an hour later and stayed until the end. He and his staff were so wonderful. I communicated with him a lot before my event and he wasn’t neither bothered nor annoyed with my million questions or changes. I will absolutely book Chef Luis again! He also has a great personality and very kind.
