Charcuterie Customs

Hi Everyone! Charcuterie Customs was founded in the Summer of 2025 and since then I have been invited to weddings, birthdays and graduations. I work with what you want at your event. Don't like olives? they don't have to be there. If you are a meat lover, I can certainly add the meats you want and same goes with fruits/crackers etc! I started this service because many caterers have set plans, often not able to include what you want simply because of pricing. Why pay a catering company for something that isn't truly personalized for your event? Charcuterie Customs provides a personalized experience. I provide this service by myself and am able to travel to any destination in the southern California area. On some occasions I will another person help out for larger events. Don't be afraid to reach out, even if it's just a soft inquiry for pricing questions, travel fees or what I'm able to provide. I encourage negotiation and charge about 20% less than the average going rates for charcuterie.
