Chef Tracy prepared and served the most wonderful Birthday Dinner for my Sister!!! She was very responsive, beginning with my initial inquiry, through the day of our event. Tracy and her assistant Victoria were professional, kind and engaging as they delivered an unforgettable dining experience for our party of 7!!! Every dish in our 4 course meal was delicious and all the guests raved about the flavor combos and fresh offerings!! Our vegetarian guest loved the dishes Tracy prepared just for her! Chef Tracy exceeded my expectations and I can’t recommend her highly enough!!! Thank you Tracy for the perfect meal for our celebration!!!!!

Chef Tracy has all of these qualities. Me and my husband are still stunned of how delicious and romantic our dinner was right on our back yard. I couldn’t stop smiling everything was amazingly delicious, we felt we were somewhere else in spain maybe really. Beautiful gesture from my kids and daughter in-laws can’t thank them enough just beautiful. Thank you Chef Tracy can’t wait to have you again.

I'm so glad I found Chef Tracy to cater my baby shower. The food was so good and I loved the menu items she had for me to select. I originally ordered barbecued ribs for my guest and she also convinced me to order a special grilled chicken salad with house made cheese. Let me tell you, it was perfecto! Definitely would recommend her.
