Introduction: Cosmic Indian is an Indian food brand that makes and caters delicious and vibrant plant-based food. Using ancient recipes, hearty spices, and farm fresh produce, our light, mouthwatering, creations are made with California sensibility. Some of our Cosmic Indian dishes include: Mango Curry, Fenugreek Rice Cakes, Chili Maple Carrots, Masala Black Chickpea Hummus, Vegan Saag Paneer, and Cumin Lotus Roots to name a few! We will also offer ancient fermented drinks such as Kanji, creamy Coconut Chai and Spiced Lentil Broths! Many of our dishes are vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free!

We had Cosmic Indian cater our work event. Was a completely new and exciting experience to have those fresh Indian flavors mixed with superfoods. Truly energizing, everyone loved it!
