DCAC responded quickly for an event I was hosting in five days. The chef, Dominique, was great. She did a great job of cleaning up too, which was appreciated. Overall it was good.

Details: Holiday meal (Mother's day, Valentine's day, etc.) • 3 - 5 guests • Dinner • Premium (high end ingredients) • Dessert • Italian • American - casual • Mexican / Latin American • Meal prepared onsite • Only once • My home, venue, etc.

Definitely will use again! Ordered salads, sandwiches and cookies for a luncheon and the food was a hit. I had two people ask me for the name of the catering company and one ask before even finish eating if he could take home leftovers if there were some. The biggest plus to me is that they are conscious of packaging for environmental impact, and they have a variety of options to meet different diets/tastes. And staff was so nice! Good all around.

From the moment I had a telephone conversation with Braylon 15 or 16 months before the wedding, I knew this was the vendor for us. She made everything so effortless as the wedding was being planned from California.
The food was fantastic, beyond what we hoped for. We had the crusted red snapper, tomato basil salad, butternut squash, honey Dijon chicken, bistro filet over mashed potatoes. Our guests raved about the food stating it was not typical wedding food. The passed late night snack of BETTER than chik-fil-a chicken sandwiches was definitely a crowd pleaser! The crème brûlée is a must! To recap, if I didn’t have that initial contact with Braylon i am not sure we would have had the pleasure of hiring DCAC to cater my daughters’ wedding. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Braylon!

This was absolutely fabulous I haven't done catering too much so there was a lot I simply wasn't privy to. My group all have switched our lifestyle and are trying to eat healthier. We cut a lot of stuff out from our diet and we're very picky eaters now however the chef that cultivated our menu was very patient with us. We made a lot of changes throughout and everyone was so accommodating to us and I can't thank them enough. The food was excellent and definitely the clean eating we had described to them, I will use them again.

Really good atmosphere, the staff were so welcoming. There were 11 of us for lunch, we had pre-booked. The desserts looked amazing but the main course portions were so big none of us had room! Great value for 11 people. The waitress told me the veggie lasagne is made to order and I think that was the secret as to why it was so good and happy they had vegetarian options. Plenty of chips and a gorgeous salad came with it. Everybody was delighted with what they hard ordered. Will definitely be back.
