DCAC responded quickly for an event I was hosting in five days. The chef, Dominique, was great. She did a great job of cleaning up too, which was appreciated. Overall it was good.

Definitely will use again! Ordered salads, sandwiches and cookies for a luncheon and the food was a hit. I had two people ask me for the name of the catering company and one ask before even finish eating if he could take home leftovers if there were some. The biggest plus to me is that they are conscious of packaging for environmental impact, and they have a variety of options to meet different diets/tastes. And staff was so nice! Good all around.

From the moment I had a telephone conversation with Braylon 15 or 16 months before the wedding, I knew this was the vendor for us. She made everything so effortless as the wedding was being planned from California. The food was fantastic, beyond what we hoped for. We had the crusted red snapper, tomato basil salad, butternut squash, honey Dijon chicken, bistro filet over mashed potatoes. Our guests raved about the food stating it was not typical wedding food. The passed late night snack of BETTER than chik-fil-a chicken sandwiches was definitely a crowd pleaser! The crème brûlée is a must! To recap, if I didn’t have that initial contact with Braylon i am not sure we would have had the pleasure of hiring DCAC to cater my daughters’ wedding. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Braylon!
