Pricing is developed after a conversation with the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a formal introduction, I gather information regarding the customer's desires and expectations. This information leads to the generation of sample menus with various pricing options and further conversation until the customer is pleased with the menu layout and direction of their event concept.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began my professional career cooking at fine dining Restaurant 1789 in Washington DC, focus on private engagements for heads of state (Clintons, Joe Biden and others,) celebrity guests (Paul McCartney, Queen Noor, Shia LeBouf, Anderson Cooper and others) and executive gatherings. I owned the food truck brand Eat Wonky and helped pioneer the Food Truck Association before moving to Naples FL to start my real estate firm and launch Naples' first ever Restaurant Week. Cultivating my diverse experiences, I am now operating Segar LA.
