I’m a California-based private chef and culinary leader with more than 15 years of experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, World’s 50 Best kitchens, luxury hotels, and private estates across California, 3 starred Michelin kitchens across Tuscany, Copenhagen, San Francisco, Napa, and Japan, and beyond. From three-Michelin-starred fine dining and internationally acclaimed restaurants to restaurant. I’ve worked alongside some of the industry’s most respected chefs, opened and developed multiple restaurant concepts, and led teams as an Executive Chef, Culinary Director, and Director of Operations.
