FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that pricing in HVAC can vary depending on the size of the job, the materials required, and the level of efficiency they want to achieve. I always provide upfront, transparent estimates with no hidden surprises, so you know exactly what you’re paying for. I also stay up to date on all available federal rebates and incentives, and I let my customers know if there are any discounts offered by the supplier. My goal is to provide fair pricing that reflects quality workmanship, long-term value, and the best possible savings available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet a new customer, my process is simple. First, I listen—I want to understand what’s going on in your home and what you’re hoping to achieve. Then I do a full inspection, so I’m not just guessing but showing you exactly what I see. After that, I walk you through the options, explain the pros and cons, and give you clear pricing up front. No pressure, no surprises—just honest solutions that fit your home and your budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been working in HVAC since a young age, starting and continued building experience over the years. I went to school in New York City for formal training, earned my license, and hold an EPA certification. On top of that, I have years of hands-on field experience, which has given me the practical knowledge you can’t learn in a classroom. Altogether, my background combines education, certification, and real-world experience to deliver reliable, high-quality work
