Darren C. says, "Frank contacted me immediately upon my project submission. He asked for some specific information and gave me a pretty good estimate of the work and availability. His estimate was provided quickly after I provided some pictures and additional information. He was also available that afternoon. I accepted his proposal. When arriving, Frank was very personable and explained his plan to troubleshoot. He gave me updates after each check. After systematically checking my panel and outlets he had to troubleshoot more. He went into attic to identify potential wiring issues. He came down and identified/located an additional outlet on that circuit and found the issue. My old wiring had come loose from age, use or it’s original installation. He grabbed his tools and made the repair. Power to my outlets was restored! I had Frank change out my circuit breaker also as a precaution and it was done within minutes. Great price! Great workmanship. Friendly! Punctual! And everything works great. Very satisfied customer. He put in ran wires to hook up ring cameras for my house, replaced the outlets in bathroom (which had a short) found out one of my problems was just a breaker switched, and was honest enough to say so, and that cut my quote down. Came back the next day and even hung my curtain rods for the back room. What a guy. He’s a family man, friendly, honest, professional and my officially, “my new electrician”. Not only did he find the correct breaker that was needed to install the outlet, but in doing so, he fixed another problem that I have had for years! One of my breakers was always tripping when I'd run the microwave. Mario discovered that the wrong breaker was installed, and put in the correct 20A breaker. Now everything is working correctly and I don't have to turn off my TV, computer, lights, etc. when I want to run my microwave. Mario was the first to respond to my Thumbtack request, and we talked that day to discuss what had to be done beforehand.
