Karl came to my home to to begin work on installing ethernet cables to several rooms in the home. After talking him through my situation and how i would like to wire my home Karl began working, but one hour in he stops work to tell me that the job is beyond his area of expertise. Karl is a nice young man, he is still a novice when it comes the job and i don't hold that against him. I do however wish Karl would practice a higher degree of professionalism in responding to me and also in his ability to perform the tasks at hand. I am left with two holes in my wall and a notch cut into my baseboard with nothing to show for it. To anyone thinking of hiring Karl for a job i would recommend thoroughly questioning his approach and methodology and asking him for a concrete plan. Karl deserves more chances at work and to grow, but at this moment i can not recommend him
