Soheil was punctual and responsive during the entire process and was able to validate the structural integrity of the property that I was in the process of purchasing. He was thorough in his work going into the attic and crawlspace multiple times to ensure that all of our concerns were addressed. He followed up with the assessment after the job was completed as well to ensure completeness.
