- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the hour per crew member. Right now we are at $25 p/h per person. We offer a 10 % discount on their next cleaning to any customer that refers a new customer to us. One discount every 6 months only.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We do residential, office and real estate, move in/move out cleanings.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The greater Los Angeles area is a huge place with tons of competition. I suggest that you look for a company that had been in business for a while, has great reviews and, for your security, are licensed and bonded. If you hire "your friend's lady", and if something comes up missing, that lady can just disappear and you are pout of luck.
