Jonathan responded promptly to my initial inquiry, then spoke with me over the phone about my computer issues at great length, then came to my home and repaired my computer comptenetly and rapidly. He was extremely generous with his time on the phone and also at my home, explaining what my computer issues were in language I could easily understand. He also emailed me informational links regarding pertinent aspects of the functioning of my computer that were quite helpful. Jonathan is highly skilled at computer repair and is extremely conscientious. I am very happy I was able to hire him.

Perfect! Basically, my computer would not start. After describing the history of problems I was having with my Dell, Jonathan outlined the likely cause of the problem and provided me with a final price to perform the work. The problem was a broken hard drive as diagnosed by Jonathan. He promptly repaired my computer, and miraculously was able to retrieve my documents and reinstall the software I desired and reinstalled it all on my new hard drive. The work was performed at a super reasonable price and he threw in a couple extras. He was courteous and professional. I would strongly recommend Jonathan. I will definitely be calling on him for any work I need. He has the best prices, he is fast and trustworthy. I could not give a higher recommendation.
