Jonathan responded promptly to my initial inquiry, then spoke with me over the phone about my computer issues at great length, then came to my home and repaired my computer comptenetly and rapidly. He was extremely generous with his time on the phone and also at my home, explaining what my computer issues were in language I could easily understand. He also emailed me informational links regarding pertinent aspects of the functioning of my computer that were quite helpful. Jonathan is highly skilled at computer repair and is extremely conscientious. I am very happy I was able to hire him.

Jonathan was a lifesaver! I was having computer troubles in terms of booting up my new computer and making sure I had all the correct parts installed and setup. He was very knowledgeable and patient when troubl shooting and explaining to me what was wrong. By the time he was done, my computer was up and running smoothly! I would definitely reach out to him again for computer related help and recommend him to my friends as well!

Was very prompt on responding to my bid. Very friendly tech person who helped me fix a pretty big problem on my laptop. The issue was confusing but Jonathan kept trying to solve the problem until he found a solution. Fair price on the fix; would definitely recommend to another person who is having issues with their computer or laptop.
