Had an iMac that I thought was beyond repair. Received quotes of hundreds of dollars and I had to drop it off and wait a week or more. KarnsyTech came right to my house, quoted me an hourly rate, fixed my machine like it was never broken in the first place and left. He was professional, patient, and a master of his craft. Joshua, owner of KarnsyTech, came to our house on 2/2/16 to help my wife and I with some Apple device issues (computer, iPads, iPhones). He worked with each us separately and then a bit together to help resolve issues related to email, file movement from one device to another, use of the cloud, and wifi issues.
In every case, Joshua was able to help us resolve problems and also to teach us how to accomplish tasks on our devices.
Joshua shows great knowledge of all Apple devices and he is very thorough with his explanations.
Furthermore Joshua is very professional and does all he can to make sure the customers' needs are met.
In addition, Joshua uses a fee schedule which is very fair and competitive.
I fully recommend KarnsyTech as a teacher and problem solver.
