They are very communicative and throughout my last year working with them I felt well informed and in good hands. Not to mention they are so kind and considerate- they are like family to me now. I appreciate the safety measures they put in place during the pandemic. I always felt safe. I also continued to live in my house while the kitchen, bathrooms and bedroom we being remodeled. Max contacted me promptly and scheduled a visit the same week. He identified and sourced the replacement part I told him I thought my awning needed in advance, then realized on site that he could simply clean and lubricate the existing parts and did that instead. I would not have known the difference, and I appreciated his honesty not charging me for something I didn't need. The awnings work perfectly now - and I have a better understanding of how to maintain them in the future, all for a reasonable price and more quickly than I expected. Valerie T. says, "We had the best experience ever with BH Roofing! We interviewed 10 other roofing companies before hiring BH to roof our Victorian house. Our house had numerous challenges (steep roofs, multi-levels, and access issues). They were very responsive in providing licensing, insurance, and bonding information. I checked with the Contractors State Licensing Board and found no complaints against them. Their contract spelled out what we could expect. We did make a few contract adjustments (additions), which they did without hesitation. They did what they said they would do. They arrived when they said they would each day. They cleaned up all the debris every day after they finished for the day. Their workers were absolutely incredible. They worked like a precision machine. They were hardworking, respectful, and helped each other. The safety equipment was used to make sure all the workers stayed safe. The supervisors worked and oversaw what the workers were doing, assisted with the work, and sent us photos each day of their progress. When we saw an area of concern, they immediately fixed the problems. We would highly recommend this company without hesitation. The owners, Leon Segal, and his son, Sam, were absolutely outstanding in bidding the job and in their followup with us. We found them to be professional, honest, friendly, knowledgeable...they demonstrated the utmost integrity. When the job was done, Sam Segal came to the house and inspected the roofing job. He asked if we had any questions or concerns, which we didn't have. We have had other contractors stop by to look at our roof and inquire as to the name of our contractor. Those contractors said that they would not have been able to do such a roofing job, but would definitely recommend BH to other customers who had roofs with the same degree of difficulty as our roof. We were lucky to find you as you accepted our order very quickly. Your technician came and fixed the leak the same day, also explained all further stages to restore damaged walls and carpet. Best investment I made for this house! This is the 3rd time Ecosmart Development & Construction has helped me with a major project and I must say, I am never disappointed. In fact, I'm ecstatic with the quality of the work and professionalism of the staff. I like to sit out front with my dog while working from home. But the angle of the sun allowed me only a few hours in the morning before I found myself cooking my skin. But with this truly awesome patio I'm now able to sit outside in sun, wind and rain and be very well protected. Additionally, the patio is so sturdy that I can safely walk on it to hang up my holiday decorations without fear of slipping down a steep slope. The best part is that if you didn't know better, you would think that the patio was built with the house. It looks and feels original. My "outdoor living room" gives me a whole new dimension to my home. Thank you Elija and Ecosmart Development & Construction for a superbly built, wonderful new addition to my life. I am very, very happy!
