I’m a chef from New Orleans and in New Orleans we have that famous southern hospitality and flavor palettes that are to die for. I just moved to California I’ve been cooking since I was 12 and went to culinary school in Thiboduax LA. I’m an excellent chef, the evidence is in my size lol I won’t brag about my cooking or anything I’ll just let my food do All the talking.

Lamor's Creole Kitchen gave an excellent culinary experience for my 50th birthday brunch. Everything was delicious. From my 1st call with Chef, I felt he was "the one" and he did not disappoint. I would definitely use his services again!

Chef Lamor was amazing. I had a girls trip planned for my birthday and he came in and prepared a wonderful meal for us. The freshness of the salmon/shrimp and veggies was incredible. I hope to do more business with them in the future.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I started cooking with my grandmother mom and dad when I as young and after culinary school in New Orleans I’ve been cooking for family and friends and it branched off to parties and weddings and I never stopped I’ve only gotten better.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I’ve worked/catered for company parties/dinners, weddings, bridal parties, anniversary dinners, corporate dinner/luncheon parties, family dinners/brunches and even holiday dinners

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Order a pan of my “Big daddy Mac and cheese or a gallon of my famous Nola style gumbo and then once you’re done eating come back and book me.
