Chef E was amazing! He was extremely responsive, curated a menu specifically to meet our needs, and delivered on-time! He was such a happy camper and extremely flexible even though we were on a tight schedule. The food was absolutely outstanding. The man is a wizard. Chef E was the best pick for our party! I hosted my wife’s 30th birthday in our home and he was able to whip up a 3 course meal for 60 people. Everyone raved about the food and how awesome his staff was. I legitimately will be hitting him back up for other events. He made cobb salad, lamb chops w/ asparagus and potatoes that were delish, and for desert crème brûlée. 🤤 thank you again and thank you to your team for helping out! ❤️

Chef E and his assistants did an amazing job catering mine and twin sister’s bday party! Initially, I had planned for party of 12 but a friend of mine came to surprise us for our bday weekend. Chef E was so accommodating and flexible to add 1 guest the day of! Chef E responds timely and was so willing to work with me in making sure every guest’s entree was accounted for (some guests had dietary restrictions and preferences with their meals). Chef E catered a 3 course meal for my party: Cobb salad, entree, and crème brûlée My party absolutely loved this entree: Ribeye steak, lobster tails, 5 cheeses mac&cheese, Cajun asparagus and shrimp MUST HAVE: mac &cheese (you & your party will love it!!) Chef E also left an extra tray of mac &cheese and crème brûlée for our guests to enjoy for the rest of night. After cooking, Chef E and his assistants cleaned up well on the prep area/kitchen. If you want quality service and a great team to cater to your party, I highly recommend Chef E!

    I started cooking with my grandmother mom and dad when I as young and after culinary school in New Orleans I’ve been cooking for family and friends and it branched off to parties and weddings and I never stopped I’ve only gotten better.

    I’ve worked/catered for company parties/dinners, weddings, bridal parties, anniversary dinners, corporate dinner/luncheon parties, family dinners/brunches and even holiday dinners

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Order a pan of my “Big daddy Mac and cheese or a gallon of my famous Nola style gumbo and then once you’re done eating come back and book me.
