- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started cooking with my grandmother mom and dad when I as young and after culinary school in New Orleans I’ve been cooking for family and friends and it branched off to parties and weddings and I never stopped I’ve only gotten better.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked/catered for company parties/dinners, weddings, bridal parties, anniversary dinners, corporate dinner/luncheon parties, family dinners/brunches and even holiday dinners
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Order a pan of my “Big daddy Mac and cheese or a gallon of my famous Nola style gumbo and then once you’re done eating come back and book me.
