It’s really rare to find a company in this industry that you feel you can really trust. They were honest, professional and courteous . Here’s details of our experience - We had several issues (shower handle came off the wall plate, sink handles misaligned, and toilet handle loose) and had a Plumber come out the previous day through our Home Warranty. Basically, the home warranty denied all our repairs because the plumber reported that our water pressure was too high, causing all the above issues and that the water pressure regulator needed to be fixed or replaced (which would cost about $1000) and that ALL the handles needed to be replaced (probably another $1000 at least). I wanted a 2nd opinion so I reached out to a few plumbers and Anthony and another guy came out within an hour! They looked at everything and basically said our water pressure is fine, regulator is fine and that all the issues were due to a few loose screws here and there. Anthony got his tools and fixed everything on the spot - free of charge! Please don’t expect this to mean you’ll get free service too but since they were such minor issues, they just wanted to help out. From possibly spending a few thousand dollars with the other plumber to this, I can’t say enough how appreciative I was. If anything, at least call to get as assessment."See more
