If I could leave more stars I would as the service rendered was exemplary. When one loses data it is already a stressful situation and the last thing you need is complication of any kind. I found my experience with Salvage-data to be as painless and stress free almost to the point of it being an enjoyable experience if losing data can be enjoyable. The staff was extremely helpful and returned every email almost instantaneously. They were not only professional and was able to recover 99.9% of my data. I hope that I would not have to use this service again but I will definitely recommend them to family and friends who need pain free data recovery. Their customer service skills and technical skills are the best.

I had a Western Digital Passport crash and not be recognizable even though it spun up. After talking with the rep on the phone, I shipped my drive off. The turn around was quick. Any HDD recovery service is expensive, but if the data on there is worth it, the cost is just what it is to get the stuff back. The turn around was quick, they put it on a new drive and shipped it to me. They were able to recover all my files. Life savers. Highly recommend.

Our researchers had an instrument go down with a lot of data that had not been backed up. Outsource Data Recovery was able to recover all of the data quickly and without any issues. We are very pleased with their service and will use their service again if needed in the future

The inevitable happened, my hard drive crashed.....and the priceless Hawaii Vacation pics had only been on the drive for less then 20 days . . . and I had not backed them up! Salvage-data was great to work with, efficient and speedy! A local repair shop made the referral - and I couldn't be happier! A trip back to Hawaii would be great, but would cost a lot more then the recovery of the files! Thanks George!
