We offer competitive, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Our Day-of Coordination package is customized based on your event’s size and needs. Any additional services (such as extra hours or assistant coordinators) are discussed and approved in advance. Flexible payment options may be available Packages starting at Day of coordination- $1100 Month of coordination - $1500 Partial planning - $3500 Full planning - $7500
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a consultation to learn about your vision, priorities, and event details. Once you’re ready to move forward, we send a customized proposal and contract. Leading up to your event, we finalize timelines, confirm vendors, and coordinate all logistics. On the event day, we manage setup, communication, and execution so you can relax and fully enjoy the experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring over 15 years of hands-on experience in wedding and event planning, coordinating a wide range of celebrations and managing diverse vendor teams. Throughout my career, I’ve developed extensive expertise in logistics, timeline management, client communication, and problem-solving to ensure every event runs seamlessly. My experience has equipped me to anticipate challenges, stay calm under pressure, and deliver exceptional service from start to finish.
