I had an excellent experience with Ritz Plumbing. From the first phone call, Mr. Abel was kind, professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. He answered all of my questions and made the entire process easy.
Mr. Victor came out and fixed the shut-off valve behind my toilet and repaired my Roman tub faucet. He was professional, knowledgeable, and completed the work efficiently. Everything is working perfectly, and I am very happy with the service.
What stood out the most was their honesty, kindness, and professionalism. As someone who lives by myself, I truly appreciated having a company I could trust.

This review is for the work visit/quote that was provided but no actual work was completed. Had some miscommunication I guess because of Thumbtack on my appointment day/time but Ritz Plumbjng resolved right away and got a visit scheduled for a quote. They were very professional upon arrival and even had covers for their shoes upon entry. The quote provided was reasonable and provided in a timely manner but unfortunately we decided to go with someone else. Would def consider working with Ritz Plumbing for other future work opportunities.

It kept happening. I get in the shower, turn on the faucet andbloodeverywherecoming out of the faucets and filling up the shower and the bathroom floor. No, I couldnt tolerate it so I called the best plumbers in town. They came with a bible and a wrench. Diego immediately diagnosed the problem. A cookooie had made a home in the pipes under my shower. Diego got his snake and snaked the cookooie out of the pipe then beat him to death with a wrench as he recited psalms 23:4. To call ritz great plumbers would be a massive understatement. They are demonslayers, keeping our plane of existence safe from the parasitic underworld.
