This is the second time I have used the service for a dryer vent and air duct cleaning. On time and professional. Friendly people. Good price as well. Gave honest answers and suggestions. Thank you.UPDATE. AS OF APRIL 23rdUpon the suggestions from the service man about having a blocked airway to my dryer vent and speaking to my Management Co for the building where I live we have as of today called in another CO for a second opinion on the issue has another service man come and assess what the problem was. And it turns out NO BLOCKAGE what so ever.So after paying a good amount of money in which i felt the suggestion of not using my dryer and blaming other neighbors for a problem that I never had at all. I will be calling the manager of Green Ductors on Monday I always spoke to someone on the phone today they gave me the info when to call.Sorry but I will need to speak with youThank you.FINAL UPDATE AS OF APRIL 25th. 2022Spoke to manager of the company and explained the situation and after further review the situation has been resolved. I appreciate them taking the time to care and listen to good customers.I am happy with the outcomeThank you again.

It was great all the way from the call to the end of the service. Sofia scheduled the service and explained duct cleaning in detail. Then Derik came, he was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. If you saw my econtract with old messy ductwork off mine! Was a complete moldy mess. Will definitely recommend their services to friends and family!

Both techs were professional and prompt, wearing masks of course. We left the house area for the time of the service and technicians as well disinfected the vents for us. They vacuumed and cleaned the space. So it was even slightly cleaner than before. It took them in total 3h for ducts and one dryer vent. They after sent an email contract with notes on service and before-after pics! Highly recommend them.

Bereek inspected and installed the new dryer vent. He explained to us the code requirements for installation and replacement and after somewhat 2.5 hours he cleaned the working area and explained we will get an e-contract. We got it the same day with before and after pics.When I contacted green ductors, other companies at Home advisor quoted me too much. The manager called back in 10 min offered a free estimate and I chose them. We set the appointment, and he showed up on time. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and very professional. I will be using his services next year as I will be on his yearly dryer vent cleaning schedule.
